Enjoy a 60 mins yoga session led by one of our Master Trainers, before experiencing an invigorating Breath and Ice workshop set amongst the stunning backdrop of Bondi Beach. Feel your body stretch and strengthen as you rise with the sun and flow through poses designed to invigorate both body and mind. Pause, re-set and come fully into the present moment as you embark on a 45 mins breathwork workshop to control your breath and soothe your mind. To finish, you will master embracing discomfort as you plunge into a two-minute ice bath. Most importantly, this is an opportunity for you to connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for health and wellness. You will walk away feeling inspired and empowered by our incredible community. Plus, look forward to a warm coffee post-session as we head to a local cafe to catch up with our amazing community! Please note that you are required to bring your own yoga mat!
