The 10-person communal traditional finnish wood fire sauna is located Q Station Manly, Wharf Precinct is available to enjoy for 45minute sessions ($35 to book) on weekdays from 8:15am to sunset and from Sunrise to Sunset on weekends. Why not kick back and bask in the sauna for 15 - 20 minutes, rest for 5 - 10 mins (which may involve jumping into the sea at Quarantine Beach) and then wrap up your rejuvenation session with another 15-20 minutes in the sauna.
