This 4-week course is designed for runners and triathletes who want to improve their leg and core strength.
About this Event
In this practical course you will learn how to squat, lunge, and deadlift with proper technique.
 
Improving your leg strength will reduce the chance of running-related injury.
 
This course is designed for runners but is suitable for all amateur athletes.
 
Held over four Wednesday mornings: Wednesday 14th, 21st, 28th April and 5th May 2021. From 6.00-6.45am each Wednesday.
 
This course will be held in the Balmain Sports Medicine gym. Presented by Dave Hickey, a fully qualified and insured personal trainer who has a background in triathlon.
 
Participants will be required to follow covid safe practices.
