About this Event Stress and its manifestations on anatomical, physiological, emotional and cognitive levels are both causal as well as contributing factors in dis-ease and feelings of unwellness. Understanding how to manage stress at all levels is therefore a useful and practical life skill to attain and maintain health and wellbeing. In this three-week mini-course, we will explore principles and practices for stress management at each of these levels. Each session will include a short introduction and 2-3 simple yet effective practices you can take home with you for your daily practice.
