Less than 2 hours from Sydney, but a thousand miles from your to-do-list.
This whole weekend is dedicated to health, wellness, relaxation and most importantly, to you!
With daily yoga and meditation, nutrition and wellness workshops, amazing food and great company, you can do everything or do nothing at all!
Outside scheduled activities there’s plenty of down time, and lots of ways to fill it…
Lounge around the 15m pool, explore the local bush tracks, the local town, book a massage with one of our amazing therapists or just or hang out in a hammock.
This is your weekend. Make it your own. I hope you can make it!
What to expect on your whole health retreat…
By definition, a retreat is an act of moving back or withdrawing.
That’s the purpose of your weekend; to step back from the demands of your day-to-day life and give yourself time to rest, relax and focus on your self and your health.
Your days will include:

  • Morning & evening yoga - one invigorating, one relaxing with guided meditation. And no, you don’t need to be a yogi or even have yoga experience. Just come as you are.
  • Nourishing meals & snacks - You’ll be totally spoiled with the most delicious, cleansing and revitalising wholefoods. You’ll even get a chance to make some yourself!
  • Wellness workshops - Themed, informal discussions with a holistic approach to health. Each workshop touches on the role of diet, lifestyle, physical, emotional and practical actions that support specific aspects of health and wellbeing.
  • Laughing Yoga - We are blessed to have Jeevi, the amazing Laughing Chef preparing our meals. Jeevi also teaches laughter yoga and will do a session if you’re keen for a laugh.
  • Explore local walking tracks
  • Free time - Plenty of time to chill-out around the property, or explore the historic town and walking tracks surrounding us.
  • Community - End each day sharing our experiences, insights and hopefully with a few good laughs too.
  • Massage - If you’d like to add a massage treatment to your stay, Yanada has a host of amazing practitioners available. You’ll need to advise you would like this option when booking. Payment will be taken on the day; $120/1hour, $180/1.5hrs.
  • You can do all these these things or none of them.
  • It’s totally up to you.
What to bring?
You’ll need to pack:
 
  • Walking clothes/ activewear and appropriate footwear if you wish to take walks
  • Make sure you have something warm to wear if the temperature drops, especially overnight
  • Swimwear if you plan to use the facilities
  • Your own bathroom towel is optional (they are included)
  • Comfortable clothes for yoga (of course)
  • Books, kindles, magazines; whatever you like
  • Yoga mats and bolsters are provided, although you are most welcome to bring your own.
 
With COVID-19 regulations, all yoga equipment is cleaned before our arrival. Once you choose your equipment, this will be yours for the remainder of the weekend.
