Both Ash and Nicolette are passionate about empowering women through boxing and nutritious food and want to share their passions of boxing and balanced eating at a combined event!
Ash and Nicolette will be taking everyone through a full boxing and pad workout and then a FAQ on all things food and nutrition.
All food and drinks will be provided, there will be live music, guest speakers (some amazing women to tell their stories) and goodie bags briming with products from our sponsors!

Time: Please arrive by 6pm to begin at 6:15pm.
Suitable for all fitness levels and no boxing experience is required.
