We have just scheduled our newest EVENT called RECONNECT, Body Mind, Spirit, and we’re super excited!
 
It will be held at the Manly, Youth and Community Centre, Kangaroo Street at 9:45am on Sunday 24th October 2021
 
In our busy lives we are so focused on ticking things off our to do list and making others happy, that sometimes we forget to look after ourselves
