Louise Kiddell will introduce us to the Japanese mindfulness practice of Forest Bathing. About this event The group will focus on achieving a deeper natural connection while walking along a beautiful foreshore section of the bushland. This walk can be steep in some sections. Bring water and snack. The exact meeting place will be emailed closer to the walk date. Numbers are limited so booking is essential. One ticket per person. Registrations for this event will open on August 9.
