Head of Marketing for Fitness E-Commerce Retailer
 
Catch-Fitness is a fitness e-commerce retailer operating in Australia and New Zealand. Whilst we started in April 2020, we've helped over 20,000 Aussie and Kiwi families stay fit in the past year, as well as kit out dozens of gyms. We think this makes us the fastest growing fitness retailer across ANZ, and we've been able to do that without much marketing support.

Commercial grade fitness equipment, at Kmart prices.
 
The opportunity
 
We're looking for someone to come in and run our marketing operation. Your responsibilities will include;
 

• Managing PPC. We spend about 3% of revenue on marketing today. Industry benchmarks tell us we should be spending closer to 10%, but we need your support doing this efficiently.
• Managing SEO. This has only been a recent focus of our. Undoubtedly our conversion rate for SEO is significantly higher than other channels, but we haven't put enough focus here to rank for key terms.
• Conversion Rate optimisation. We have great traffic to our website. How do we unlock more from that volume?
• 1:1 marketing (email + SMS). We have the basic email automations you'd expect of an e-commerce platform in place, but there's opportunity for more. We don't do any SMS.
• Creative and copy for our website. We don't do our products justice in how we showcase them, and we need help bringing what makes our products different and better to life.
• Social media management. Not really existent at the moment!

 
 
Your role
 
We're not asking you do all of these things alone, but we are looking for someone who's both ‘on the tools’, and co-ordinates the different pieces to get the job done. You'll have access to:

• A magician with Shopify who can bring to life what you ask them to
