You will be the welcoming and engaging face of Crunch as our members and guests present themselves at our reception. You will be there to assist with all enquiries and to ensure that every member or guest has an outstanding visit. You will effectively handle all membership enquiries both face to face and over the phone. You will be responsible for answering phones, making member calls, confirming and booking appointments and generally managing members' expectations to the highest standard. Regular shifts are available,however some flexibilty is required to meet the needs of the business hours. Shifts may require opening the gym at 5.45am,closing the gym at 9pm or weekend hours 8am-6pm. Membership sales experience and first aid is preferred to be the right candidate.
