The role
 
 
 
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated graduate to join our new product development team, as part of our ongoing Graduate Program.
 
The main accountability of the role is to provide support to the New Product Development and Sales departments in delivering exceptional quality, service and value to our customers and will be required to:
 

• Assist in the collation of research for evidence based healthcare products
• Assisting in the identification of new product opportunities from both a commercial and regulatory perspective.
• Developing new product formulations
• Creating product specifications
• Creating Regulatory Support documentation
• Technical support to sales team as required

As part of your ongoing training, this role would see you 'cycled' through a number of departments including Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development and New Product Development to give you a thorough understanding of company processes.
 
 
 
Qualifications and skills

• Experience in the complementary health care industry in areas such as retail/research
• Tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences or Naturopathy/Nutrition/Herbal Medicine
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under conflicting time pressures.
