Land of Plenty Food Co. is an award-winning food company that specialises in producing and supplying premium food and raw ingredients for Retail and Food Service. Australian owned and made, our brands include Lotus & Ming, Dim Sum & Co, Rustic by LM, Paloma Pops, Bondi Yoghurt and Our Family Table.
 
We have TWO NSW positions vacant, based from our Sydney Head Office (East), for exceptional sales and customer service enthusiasts to join as Sydney Sales Ambassador (Food Service). Reporting to the CEO, you must be passionate, eager and motivated with a background in customer service, account management, product sales or food service sales.
 
In this role, your accountabilities will include:
 

• Continuing the growth of our home market
• Assisting in the development and execution of our company sales strategy.
• Ongoing customer growth, satisfaction and retention strategies.
• Improving brand loyalty and sustainable sales growth through high-quality, personalised service.
• Seeking and developing new opportunities in food service sector
• Delivering on our Company Strategy of Customer, Convenience & Credibility

Key Requirements:
 

• ABILITY to work independently
• CONFIDENT, motivated self-starter
• RESULTS orientated, CUSTOMER service driven
• ABILITY to learn and grow as you develop in the role
• OUTGOING personality and exceptional communication skills
• COMPUTER literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A VALID driver's license and own registered vehicle
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, account management, product sales or food service sales is required. Training will be an ongoing part of the role as we continue to develop our national sales ambassador team.
