Corporate Health Management is seeking to employ enthusiastic, experienced and energetic Gym Instructors and Personal Trainers for a prestigious corporate client in Macquarie Park.
 
We require both permanent part-time and casual gym instruction/supervision with an uncapped amount of PT for motivated self-promoters outside of this.

About you:
 
We are passionate about customer service, so you must be outgoing, confident and knowledgeable.  You must have experience undertaking fitness appraisals, developing gym programs, providing gym instruction, and conducting personal training sessions.
 
Key responsibilities:
 

• Exercise Prescription, client assistance and general supervision
• Promotion and delivery of PT
• Administration and record keeping duties
• Maintaining and cleaning the gym equipment

You must have:
 

• Level 2 First aid and CPR
• Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness
• Police Check prior to commencement

Skills that will be required to successfully complete this role include:
 

• Advanced knowledge of exercise testing, prescription and rehabilitation.
• Great communication skills
• The ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service
• The ability to work as a team to achieve targets
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs
• Proficient computer and administrative skills
• A genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness
• A desire to improve the health of our clients
