Your Opportunity
 
We’re looking for an innovative and results-driven E-commerce specialist with digital marketing experience to join our growing marketing team.
 
The position requires a strategic thinker, with experience in developing a complete digital marketing and retail e-commerce strategy.
 
You will be responsible for the complete consumer e-commerce journey, from acquisition through to order fulfilment. You will ensure optimum site functionality and operations, executing effective digital marketing activity and delivering an exceptional user experience.
 
This newly created role has been developed to ensure our business responds strategically and efficiently to growing online market opportunities.
 
Key Responsibilities and duties include:
 

• Maintain, manage & optimise e-commerce stores for three brands. Inclusive of improvements required to optimise site functionality.
• Develop and implement online e-business plans, inclusive of strong marketing campaigns that achieve targets across traffic, conversion and sales.
• Lead development and execution of integrated brand SEO, SEM and EDM strategies to drive online sales revenue
• Collaboration with brand teams and agencies to ensure alignment of digital execution with brand campaigns, activations and launches.
• Analyse and report on sales and marketing activity, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Manage user experience, inclusive of design, content, navigation, site performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
• Analyse and report on consumer activity, providing insights and recommendations related to optimisation of consumer engagement.
• Manage e-commerce consumer communities, inclusive of email communication campaigns, content, exclusive product offers etc to maximise engagement and sales.

• A personal interest in health and wellbeing is a must and familiarity with our product categories would be greatly preferred.

 
 
Skills, Qualifications and experience:
 

• 3-5 years of experience in retail e-Commerce with consumer brands, preferably food and beverage
• Thorough understanding of e-Commerce and retail operations, with a passion for online customer experience and latest trends in online shopping
• Experience managing a Shopify retail site would be highly advantageous
• Experience across all aspects of the e-Commerce customer journey, from driving website traffic, platform performance, web development, merchandising, supply chain, logistics and fulfilment
• Highly operational and 'hands on' with a pragmatic, structured and end to end approach
• Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce etc
