ABOUT THIS ROLE
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who loves having things organised, to support our global training & development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, thrive in a small highly competent team environment, and has a high attention to detail.
 
The role of Training Support Coordinator reports to the the Global Training & Development Director and Director of Operations, in overseeing all professional development across all spa properties. This person is also the vital link between spa managers, their teams our trainers and account managers. Responsibilities include communicating with account managers, trainers and directors to assist in identifying training needs, assist in mapping out development plans for teams, liaising with clients and the training team to schedule and coordinate training sessions online and in-person.
 
Key Responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
 

  • Communicating with account managers, trainers and directors to assist in identifying training needs.
  • Management of training forecast calendar and liaising with account managers on upcoming trainings to be scheduled.
  • Assist in mapping out training development plans for teams.
  • Creating training plans based on discussions with the global training & development team.
  • Calendar management for upcoming training sessions.
  • Creating online training sessions via zoom.
  • Arranging travel requirements and flight mapping to find most efficient routes.
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders, account managers and the training team on training schedules, requirements, details and resources
  • Managing student and training records.
  • Managing client’s incentives for their teams
  • Create power point or keynote based graphic training communication documents.
Key Requirements for the role:
 
  • Highly developed administration background
  • Strong customer relations and display a positive approach to customer service
  • Advanced organisation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments - all at different stages and prioritise
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Capable at problem solving and forward thinking
  • Able to manage a number of appointments and team member’s calendars
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be adaptable in a fast-paced industry
  • Must maintain professional discretion at all times
  • MS Office Proficiency i.e Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Proficient with Apple Mac based systems and programs i.e iWork Numbers, Pages, Keynote
  • Saavy with technology based apps such as Calendly, Zoom, Teams, iCal, Google Docs, Dropbox
  • Adobe Acrobat
The following skills could be an advantage:
 
  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Executive Assistant
  • Adobe CS ie Indesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator
  • Travel and Calendar management with experience in itinerary creation
  • Experience working with scheduling appointments in various timezones and travel considerations.
