Studio Manager for a Women’s Wellness Studio~
 
Brand new , beautifully designed Women's wellness Centre
Prime location - onsite parking
Must be available to start asap for remote handover ( Manager is going on maternity leave 16th August.)

Holixir Women's Wellness is a brand new Womens Wellness Centre dedicated to meet the needs and requirements of all women throughout all life stages right in the heart of the Balgowlah, Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
 
As the Movement Manager you will  be working closely with the Allied Health Co-ordinator, Customer Liaison Officer and Social Media Co-ordinator and the Founder of the business. On a daily basis you will be required  to ensure that our three beautifully designed studios and warehouse (functional training space) operate as seamlessly as possible giving the highest level of attention and detail to each class and each of our members/ community.
 
The part-time role will require you to spend a portion of your time teaching classes as well as assist with Front Desk Reception relief from time-to-time.
 
The Movement Manager will have a high level of experience in management within the Fitness space and will poses an outgoing, forward thinking and client centric mindset in all that they do with a strong passion for women’s wellness.

~Tasks & Responsibilities~
 

• Staff management across the movement space
• Staff rostering
• Managing the online booking system
• Induction of new employees
• Collating content for HOLIXIR's social media platforms
• General maintenance of the studios

• Strong client relationship management skills
• Proven experience in community engagement and people management
• High level attention to detail with strong administration skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to work well as a team and autonomously
• Be forward thinking and show initiative
• Be willing to learn and grow as a team
• Sales Experience
• Strong skills in social media
• High level communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure

• Pilates Reformer/ Studio Pilates OR minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness
• Ideally have 3 – 5 Years experience as a studio/ fitness manager of a large fitness studio
• 5 Years experience  as a Pilates Instructor or Fitness Instructor in any modality within the wellness space
• Experience in using Mindbody Business
• Experience managing 10 plus staff
• Allied Health background advantageous
