We are seeking a fulltime Physio for our ST Marys Centre.  To commence you will complete an intensive induction program (IIP), aimed at massively enhancing your clinical development. Once you’re up and running, you will become highly skilled at:
 

• Precise assessment and treatment techniques
• Achieving great outcomes for patients.
• Understanding diagnoses and comprehensive management strategies

What will Precision provide:
 

• IIP, 2 hours of weekly developing fundamental skills
• 1 hour mentoring and review of all initial consults with a senior therapist
• Weekly clinical reasoning session
• Team weekly Case review session
• 6 months structured training of clinical skills, clinical reasoning and communication supported by senior therapist
