Foodservice
A kitchen manager who leads rest of a small team in daily tasks of baking, prep and service. This employee is also encouraged to collaborate with head chef in menu creations, weekly specials and other management tasks. Rolling and baking of bagels is required alongside daily baking of treats and assisting in service and other prep jobs. Good Fella is looking for someone who can assist the management and ownership in leading the small team within the Good Fella kitchen environment. Experience in baking is preferred but not essential as long as employee is keen and able to quickly develop skills in rolling and baking bagels each day, alongside the daily management of prepping the small menu alongside daily service. Early mornings are required (4am starts) and employee must be able to drive to work as public transport is often unavailbe in early hours of the morning. Full availability on weekends is prefereed, but applicant must be able to work at least 1 weekend day. We are open to a range of experienced applicants from cooks to fully qualified chefs or bakers. Salary negotiable.
