Employment Type: Permanent Part Time Position Classification: Dietitian Level 4 Remuneration: $54.98 - $56.35 per hour Hours Per Week: 32 Requisition ID: REQ257242 Where you'll be working The Wellbeing Unit, Macquarie Hospital, North Ryde. What you'll be doing The Wellbeing Unit at Macquarie Hospital is a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including a CNS, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrist, Physiotherapist and Speech Pathologist. The Wellbeing Unit employs a model of care designed specifically to meet the need for physical health care and lifestyle interventions for people living with mental health issues. The Senior Dietitian provides clinical leadership and expertise in the delivery of a high quality nutrition service, including clinical support and advice in the provision of food services. The Senior dietitian will work collaboratively with the consumers and their support networks, members of the multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders. They will uphold a role in leadership in practice, provide specialist consultation and be committed to quality improvement and multidisciplinary activities across the wider hospital and district. Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination is required for all NSW Health staff. It is an individual staff member’s responsibility to ensure they are compliant with Public Health Orders as in force at any time. Immunisation Compliance If your first day of work falls between 1 October 2021 and 30 November 2021, you must provide evidence that you have been vaccinated with at least 1 dose of a COVID-19 vaccine prior to commencement. If your first day of work is 1 December 2021 or later, you must provide evidence that you have been vaccinated with 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine prior to commencement. An exemption applies should you be unable, due to a medical contraindication, to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in which case you must present a medical contraindication certificate. Evidence of your vaccination can include an online immunisation history statement or COVID-19 digital certificate from the Australian Immunisation Register.
