Industry first new gym concept opens in Brisbane

Australia’s first private group training has launched at Podium Group Fitness in Brisbane. 

This 45-minute functional training uses pod training suites to separate each participant, 9 square metres in length each, to maintain social distance. All equipment is sterilised before and after the workout and private shower suites are available for after the session.  

The workout itself combines HIIT and resistance-based training with skilled personal trainers.
