Health and fitness app Keep It Cleaner have launched KICRUN, an eight-week guided audio program to help new or returning runners train to run 5 kilometres.
Developed with the support of expert physiotherapists, the program is run by Keep It Cleaner Co-Founder Laura Henshaw and consists of three runs a week.
