Inner Essence Creative Self Care Workshop for Women

Inner Essence Creative Self Care Workshop for Women

Restore your mind, body and spirit. Join our free self-care workshop series on every Saturday in May 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th at 10am-12pm.
About this event
Reduce stress, increase relaxation and elevate mindfulness through positive self-soothing techniques and practical self-care tools. These are important life skills that help cultivate resilience and personal growth. We all deserve to feel connected to who we are and what we want. Our workshops will help empower you to paint a whole, authentic self-portrait of who you are and guide you to nurture your inner essence.

Our approach is about discovering what works for each individual and tapping into your inner resources to nourish your wellbeing.

These workshops aim:

  • To facilitate women to adapt self-care and creativity practices in their lives.
  • To help women to gain resilience to address mental health concerns especially anxiety, overwhelming situations and stress.
  • To encourage women to silence their self-limiting beliefs and cultivate their self worth.
  • To empower women to foster positive internal stories about themselves and how they navigate their world.

We recommend you attend all 4 workshops to gain greater transformation. If you're unable to attend all dates, please let the facilitator know.

Access is important to us. Your access needs will be supported. Please inform us about your access requirement by Monday 18th April.
