Daily activities will be happening in the surroundings of this beautiful and iconic places such as the Wānaka tree, Blue Pools Roy´s Peak and Glendu Bay Track. WHAT'S INCLUDED COLD WATER THERAPY The Wim Hof Method is about reconnecting us - to ourselves, to others and to nature. A 1-day experiential workshop with Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor Nigel Beach and aim'n team where we will be exploring breath, cold therapy and meditation. This will offer a deeper understanding of the human body and breath as a tool. ACCOMMODATION & MEALS 4x nights accommodation in either a shared or Single room at the Oasis Yurt Lodge or the Alpine Lodge (see accommodation options for more details). All meals are included during your stay. Prepared with whole food ingredients with dairy-free and gluten-free options. HIKING & ACTIVITIES From hidden gems to tourist hotspots, we're planning to explore the best places and things to do collectively such as Roy's Peak, Wānaka Blue Pools and Glendu Bay hiking track.
