Every Tuesday and Friday, BREATHE in the first of the suns rays glistening off the river as you welcome in the day, honouring you as you connect breathe with movement in this gentle beginner style Yoga flow, accessible for all abilities.
 
In the warmth of Fine.coffee.spa, on the Noosa River, spaces are limited to ensure a calm energy and gentle ease into the morning.
