Cristina Berrios will guide the yin yoga practice, designed to release tension from the physical body and calm the nervous system. Matt is a talented intuitive musician and will blend the sweet sounds of native flutes, singing bowls and handpan with the profound healing powers of didgeridoo. This is a supportive and nourishing space to let go of tension and return to your natural state of balance and bliss.
