This is the world renowned 'live' transmission and activation to increase your natural energy flow and uplift your vibration... A peaceful and safe process of surrender and relaxation. Please arrive at 10.15am for a 10.30am start. We're upstairs on level 1 at Body Awakenings Yoga Studio in Gymea. It's best to arrive a little earlier to find on street parking. If you are feeling unwell, please do stay home and nurture yourself. During the transmission some experience feelings of deep relaxation, pure joy, profound love, rejuvenation and bliss. Others experience a cathartic release of past pain and trauma that no longer serves them. And others notice profound or subtle changes in the their daily lives that are aligned with their life purpose and life direction. Sometimes there is an increased flow of energy that can be quite active. It will make you smile and participants like to come back for more. The process: Participants lie down on their yoga mat, close their eyes, relax, and let the music and kundalini life force energy transmission work its magic. It's safe and with your eyes closed, it's a private inner journey. This is intelligent energy that knows what you need in the moment and will not shock your system or harm you in any way. Logistics: Ideally, please eat lightly beforehand and drink plenty of water. You can bring your water bottle and favourite soft yoga mat to lie on. Wear loose comfy clothing so you feel free to move with the music. You may wish to bring bring a light weight cozy blanket for your comfort, although there are pillows and blankets provided.
