The Feel-Good Sessions: A Yoga Experience
Are you ready to invite the feel-good back into your life? The good vibes and the laughter? Well so are we, so here are The Feel-Good Sessions, just for you.
Connecting with different modalities of teaching, including breathwork, yoga, meditation, music, sound healing, dance, and much more, each Feel-Good Session will be completely different and a completely new experience. Together, we'll share practices that are easy-going, no stiffness or seriousness in our methods, creating a space where you'll feel comfortable, relaxed and very welcome. Different guest musicians will take you on your feel-good journey, and you'll receive 12 techniques to help you feel good, less stressed, reduce anxiety, and sleep more soundly.
We are here to live this life to its potential, to its fullest, and we invite you to share the fun that encompasses this journey when we let our hair down and invite the feel-good.

About Your Host:
Nicole Edwards (Sita Ajeet Kaur) is a Kundalini, Yin & Prana Vinyasa Inspired Yoga Teacher, Meditation and Breathwork teacher, Sound Healer, Energy Worker, and Trauma Informed Practitioner with a background in Psychology, Criminology & Environmentalism. Nicole shares her practices of bringing light into your life across the Gold Coast and Online, is a Sacred Mama, Divine Feminine Heart, and Deep Nurturer with the Wisdom of the Oracle. All these labels are purely to show her journey, but she believes We connect through HEART, are of HEART, and belong only to HEART, always.
