About this event

Ask your questions and listen to the discussion during this fun and informative night. We'll be covering the critical components of cycling specific performance: nutrition, mindset, training as well as injury prevention and management.


About the panel:

Dr Gabrielle Ryan - Clinical Psychologist. Gabe is passionate about working with athletes, a legacy of her time competing for Australia in sailing. Her experience as an athlete and coach gives her a unique insight into the challenges athletes face and the mindset they need to perform. Gabrielle has worked with the NSW Institute of Sport and the Australian Institute of Sport Mental Health Referral Network.
 
Nicole Oh - Physiotherapist and Bike Fitter. Nicole is a bike racer who has almost 25 years experience as a Physiotherapist. She specialises in the treatment of cyclists and triathletes, with a particular interest in biomechanics and rehab. Nicole combines her cycling knowledge and Physiotherapy skills to offer bike fitting services for all levels of riders.
 
Geoff Nash - Cycling Coach. Geoff has been an Aus Cycling accredited cycling coach for over 15 years. He specialises in Masters athletes and has coached Elite and Masters riders at National and State level. He has also coached para cyclists at national level. Geoff has also prepared athletes for endurance events such as Peaks Challenge, Haute Route, L’ etape Australia and KOM Taiwan.
 
Dr Gemma Sampson - Advanced Sports Dietician. Gemma specializes in performance nutrition for amateur and elite cyclists. Based between Girona and Sydney, her online sports nutrition coaching and nutrition programs provide practical strategies to fuel training and competition for optimal body composition, health and cycling performance.
 
Seats are limited to enable everyone to ask that burning question and join the discussion.
