I've brought my 2 loves together, Yoga & Art. Art is all of its forms. Each event will be inspired by different creative styles of Art; Drawing, painting, earring making & more!

This is a bit of fun & a great way to relax at the same time.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF;

• You like yoga & moving your body in a gentle & mindful way.
• You're missing a bit of creative expression in your life? or can at least have fun being creative regardless of what it looks like.
• You love trying new things. You are open to letting go of expectations & giving things a go.
• Socialising, with your friends and new people.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• 75 minute gentle yoga class to get the creative juices flowing
• Plant based treats & herbal tea
• Guided creative time / Make & take session (all materials included)
