Are you ready for the ultimate journey within and beyond the limitations of your mind?
 
Using the potent combination of movement, breath work, meditation and sound healing, we will shift stagnant energy, release that which no longer serves our highest good and align with our absolute best selves.
 
We will move stagnant energy with gentle movement, breathe deeply in unison, during a powerful rhythmic group breath work, let ourselves travel during meditation with the most beautiful Hawaiian practice (Hoʻoponopono) guided by a voice artist & meditation teacher before basking in a symphony of healing sounds and will conclude our ceremony with the ultimate intention setting.
 
Friday November 25th - 7pm in Bondi beach - Welcoming all - this is... FLOW (dinner optional)
 
This immersive experience is all you need in one and it will be the best we have ever had because we have the best venue we have ever had with integrated sound system. If you have been to one before this will be nothing like you have experienced before and if you are new, we can't wait for you to experience the magic. We start connecting outside with a short cleansing ritual to welcome you into the space, then we open dropping into our bodies with some movement before moving into an incredible group rhythmic breath work for about 30mins. It is hard to find the words to explain the magic that occurs when the group syncs into the breathwork practice and carries this intense healing energy to allow our consciousness to journey & receive the healing, the clarity, the aliveness, the regenerative frequencies, the forgiveness that comes with it. But one is is sure... you will forever be changed after experiencing it.
 
We will then be led through a heart felt Hoʻoponopono meditation by Tanya, our meditation teacher who's also a voice artist, you'll be transported and potentially transcend into the deepest worlds during this amazing experience. Then it will be time to rest back and simply relax to receive the potent sound healing, let yourself be healed and moved by the magnificent experience sound can provide.
 
The night will end with time connection/reconnection with all the amazing like minded people attending. And optional delicious dinner if you chose.
 
We welcome you into this space of freedom, ease, flow wellness and openness. It is within this experience of life where we remember our divine nature, surpassing with love our own belief systems and internal limitations.
