In this workshop Gabrielle & Kass will guide you on a unique and profound healing journey.
 
Utilising the power of Sacred Cacao, prayer, sound healing, the breath and Reiki to pave your way for the journey you are about to take.
 
You will be guided through connected breath to take you into higher states of consciousness where you will discover what is being held in the body and where, then Gabrielle will be assisting you in releasing the stuck energy.
 
Breathwork guides you from your conscious mind into your subconscious mind and physicality where suppressed emotion is stored. Through deep, connected breathing you are able to heal and release stuck, stagnant energy and receive profound insights and clarity.

We work with Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao, a sacred plant medicine that supports the reconnection to your sacred heart, opening you up to receive healing, wisdom and inner guidance. You will receive a cup of Vegan, Gf and organic Cacao as you arrive to ground and centre you. In our ceremony we use Your Sacred Ritual Cacao a Newcastle owned company, their business philosophy is bringing the ancient wisdom into your daily life
 
When paired with breathwork, cacao supports you in going deeper by relaxing your mind, offering a deep sense of support and gently opening your heart.
