Welcome to 'the Sit.' We invite you to join us every Saturday at 6.30am to Sit, Breath and Connect. Our facilitators provide an enriching start to your weekend by facilitating a very easy to follow 20 minute meditation session. Perfect for beginners of first-timers - but also welcoming experienced meditators as we share the group wisdom and space together. Come and enjoy this opportunity to connect with self, with each other and to nature. A very practical and accessible approach to connection and taking some time to turn off the autopilot and the challenges of day-to-day life, and instead experience the magic of the present moment.
