Beating Burnout Workshop

Join us for our first instalment in an exciting workshops series on women's health and wellness, as we focus on burnout!

  • Are you feeling run down?
  • Overwhelmed by life and responsibilities?
  • Do you crash at the end of each year?
Burnout can take different forms, affecting a person physically, mentally, emotionally, and behaviourally. When we understand and recognise the signs of burnout, we can improve a balance in life and our wellbeing.
 
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
 
  • A 2 hour in person workshop discussing all things burnout including the difference between stress and burnout, identifying the types and signs of burnout and ways to reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
  • A guided meditation with a focus on stress reduction and relaxation.
  • Reflection time and a journal to explore your own personal factors relating to burnout.
  • Take home workbook to support you moving forward.
  • Herbal Tea and light snacks.
 
We create a safe and non judgemental space in a small group atmosphere, allowing people to engage in conversation but with absolutely no pressure to share.

Please note, seating will be on the floor on mats and cushions. If you require alternative seating, please contact us prior to booking a ticket.
