Do you want to bring more calm, joy and gratitude to your life in 2023? Regular meditation practice has shown to build all this and more! This 6 week mini-course is designed for anyone wanting to learn more about meditation and different types of mindful practices. It is suitable for everyone from total newbies to those with experience wanting to re-invigorate their practice. You will learn about the cause and effect of stress, basic breathing techniques, positive mindset, meditation for muscle relaxation and guided visualisation. We will also explore Zen meditation, mindfulness meditation and mantra based meditation. This class is held once a week on Tuesdays for 6 weeks: 7th February - 14th March 2023.
