Join us in our New Moon Sound Bath to manifest all your deepest desires

This special 80 minute sound healing event will start with dance, followed by setting our INTENTIONS, for what we want to ATTRACT for the coming month and RELEASE what you no longer need so you can make space for all that you desire.
 
Followed by Ritual, Anchoring your Ring Of Power, Guided Manifesting Meditation, leading into a transformative healing journey with Crystal Quartz and Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Drum, Rainstick, Koshi chimes and vocal toning.
 
As you immerse yourself in the beautiful sound and vibrations, allowing the vibrations to wash over your entire being, revitalising every cell in your body, rebalancing your mind, body & spirit.
 
Sound healing takes you on a journey that offers deep healing on a cellular level, cleansing negative energy and emotions, breaking old unwanted patterns of behaviour and subconscious fears, and resetting the physical, emotional, and mental body into peace, balance and harmony.
 
Studies have showed that meditation for 1 hour alone is equivalent to 4 hours of restful sleep. Some benefits of sound healing include:

Please bring with you:
 

• a yoga mat (a yoga mat will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own)
• your favourite blanket
• Be sure to wear something yellow or orange to open yourself to receive
• a bottle of water
• an eye mask is optional but highly reccomended for that deep relaxation experience ( eye masks will be available but you are welcome to bring your own)

*Bookings are essential as we have limited spaces.
 
Free parking is available outside the centre. The sound bath will start at 6.30pm so Please be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early so you have time to make yourself comfortable and we can start on time.
