Meet us at 5.30am at Manly Surf Club and start your day with a 5km time trial, sunrise and a cuppa with the super friendly runners at Manly Beach Running Club 🙂
All fitness levels and abilities welcome!
The course runs from Manly Surf Club to Hinkler Park beside Queenscliff Lagoon and back.
