Accept is a transcendental + transformative day. You will experience intensity, an emotional release, and an acceptance of your truest self.

What can you expect?

We're here to safely guide you on this journey of subconscious awareness, by using breathing techniques and hypnotherapy. We will rediscover hidden pain and practice a powerful release.
 
Although it's intense, you will feel self-love like no other.
 
No experience is required.
 
We hold a safe space, and we will be here for you the entire time.
 
Our time together:

There's no need for experience in breath work, meditation, or dance. Every part will be clearly explained, and the flow of the day will be easy to follow.
 

  • 11:11 am: Register
  • 11:30: Introduction
  • 11:45: Commencement of our journey
  • 1:11 pm: Time to slowly regain yourself
  • 1:30 pm: Finish
 
What do I need to bring:
  • Water
  • Comfy/nonrestrictive clothing
  • Optional Pillow + Towel + Yoga Mat ~ There will also be mats available
  • Optional Note Pad + Pen for notes
 
What not to bring:
  • All electronic devices must be kept outside + switched to silent
  • Bags must be kept outside
  • Food must be kept outside
  • No loud jewellery
  • No chewing gum
 
We want to cultivate a 'negative Ion' environment with no seen distractions.
 
Why should I take part?

If you experience any of the following:
 
  • Anxiety

  • Inconsistent feelings of happiness/sadness

  • Feelings of self-loss or grief
  • Feelings of being stuck
  • An common negative mindset
  • You're a human being
 
Healing doesn't always have to be about 'fixing' yourself, it can also be about rediscovering yourself, and creating a new and beautiful perspective.
 
Collectively we can find contentment, joy, and pure love.

  • You're pregnant
  • You have serious mental health issues and or/ experience psychosis
  • You're currently taking medication for mental health
