Join songstress, sound healer and medicine woman, Ali Skiba, for this sacred circle to reconnect with our hearts, our highest selves and each other. Using breathwork, music medicine and the healing vibrations of your own voice, we will reconnect with our true nature and transcend our ordinary states of consciousness. This experience will take us from the thinking mind and into our sensory/feeling beings so that we can connect to a more harmonious state of existence, down regulating our nervous systems and creating an opportunity to cultivate deep, inner peace. We'll open the sacred space with a grounding meditation to drop into our bodies, our intentions and the group. Ali will then take you through a voice activation session, tapping into your own divine sound medicine. You will then be guided through a transformative breathwork journey to allow the healing resonance of your breath and voice move through your entire being. Ali will be guiding you the entire way with an intuitive music medicine journey (shamanic vocals, crystal bowls, guitar, flute, medicine drum, and chimes). Every experience is unique to the traveller - come with an open mind and a willingness to surrender to the experience. Please Note: This class will be held in Studio 2 which is upstairs and unfortunately does not have wheelchair access.
