What is the Learn to Gym Program? The program consists of 2 x 1 hour coached sessions per week, conducted by Ex-Phys students under the supervision of a qualified Exercise Physiologist. Participants will be paired up with an individual of similar experience and goals, and an Ex-Phys student will lead a personalised program. This means a 2:1 student to Ex-Phys ratio will be maintained to ensure direct and individualised feedback is given. The program is aimed at the beginner to intermediate level and is designed to help women feel empowered to go to the gym. The program will teach students how to safely use gym equipment and teach the basic training techniques used in the gym. Details
