Come and Join us for 6 weeks of Yin Yoga. Relax, Replenish and Rejuvenate as we deep dive in Winter Yin Yoga.
About this event
Winter is a time of contemplation, relaxation and restoration. During these 6 weeks we will gently explore simple yoga postures and mindfulness techniques to nourish, nuture and restore our bodies, our minds and our souls. No yoga experience necessary. All levels of yoga experience welcome. Come along and be nourished.
