Join me every Wednesday evening for a Flow Yoga class! Get ready to feel stretched and relaxed with this yoga class. About this event Hi yogis! Come and enjoy a one hour vinyasa yoga class in Sydney CBD. All levels are welcome! The class consists of ~55 minutes energizing yoga flow before lying down for "savasana" to finish with a complete relaxing note. It also includes a few minutes dedicated to breathing exercises/meditation at the beginning and/or end of the session. What to bring? A yoga mat or a towel to practice, comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. Where? Level 9, Dymock Building on George street, Sydney (first room on the right of the lifts)
