Sound healing: ancient art ~ new medicine About this event Have you discovered the ancient art of sound healing which is fast becoming the 'new medicine'? A perfect antidote to our stressful lives and frayed nervous systems, sound healing is especially helpful if you feel off balance, overwhelmed and exhausted, and when deep relaxation and peace is hard to find... A Soundscape experience offers an amazing array of sound instruments from around the world to restore, rebalance, and harmonise the nervous system... These sounds and vibrations can by-pass the mental chatter of our minds, and allows deeper levels of relaxation and ease to be experienced.... Be immersed in soothing tones and the sounds of crystal and tibetan bowls, monochord, koshi chimes and other unique instruments and allow yourself to sink into a state of deep peace and bliss.... A mini 'sonic session' is provided for each attendee as part of the Sound Bath experience, with instruments such as the gong, tibetan bowl and koshi chimes played over the body... This brings an even more direct experience of the vibrations of these beautiful instruments.... Arrive back from this journey feeling calm, centred, balanced and aligned...
