Infinite Cycle are not searching for a run of the mill studio manager; we are looking for a NINJA studio leader.
Representing the latest and most advanced development in global indoor cycling innovation, Infinite Cycle is powered by the market-leading technology of the RealRyder indoor bikes, which, combined with immersive virtual reality technology, are set to transform Australians' exercise and leisure routines.
With an innovative product set to change and lead the indoor cycling landscape both nationally and internationally, the studio leader has the ability to create positive waves of influence within the community. Your inspirational attitude will take your participants on a ride like no other and transport your riders to build and grow the studio to a friendly, inclusive and fun place.
You'll be supported by the head office team to inspire and empower you to grow with the brand and to co create an unforgettable experience for everyone who walks through the doors of all our studios.
What it takes to be an Infinite Cycle Studio Manager

Current First Aid and CPR course
Recommended:
 

• A passion or background in fitness.
• A Certificate III in Fitness qualification.
• Previous experience in teaching group fitness classes or indoor cycle is a bonus.

 Job Description:
 
Manage the studio operations:
 

• Including safety and maintenance.
• Manage daily administration- incoming call and emails.
• Assists with social media content.

 Manage sales and retention of the studio:
 

• Facilitate the ride, staff events and member social night/events.
• Co- develops and lead campaigns
• Manage the local area marketing and advertising.
• Develop local area community strategy/ engagement.
• Present monthly reports meeting to head office.
• Achieve monthly KPI’s

Develop local client relations (BDM):
 

• Facilitate engagement strategy.
• Interaction and engagement with local community activities and events.
• Engage and network to build relationships with local businesses.

Lead the team of Infinite Cycle instructors:
 

• Manage and hire new instructors.
• Manage the scheduling and organizing of the timetable and or roster.
• Manage instructors performance and give feedback
• Deliver and teach a minimum of (a pre agreed) classes per week.
