NATUROPATHIC TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER
 
bWellness is a growing natural healthcare company, dedicated to supporting the work of Natural Medicine Practitioners with high-quality education, information, and premium nutraceutical products. Our company has experienced exceptional growth recently and so we are seeking to appoint a qualified Naturopath to support and oversee our technical team in the areas of clinical education, technical writing, technical support, regulatory affairs, and product development.
 
 
 
The Role
 
We are seeking an experienced Naturopath to manage and support our existing technical team with:
 

• Team leadership and project management
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance
• Coordination of the technical support team roster
• Second-tier support of the technical support team, including providing assistance with difficult cases and ensuring the technical support team has resources required to perform their tasks
• Development, review, and editing of educational materials
• Presenting educational events – including seminars, webinars, and product training
• Support of Marketing department with technical copywriting
• Editing and review of technical documents produced for support of new product launches and for support of an existing portfolio of products
• Review of research and ingredients for the development of new products
• Technical input during ideation, pipeline planning, and new product development projects
• Oversight over, and coordination of, all regulatory and manufacturing projects

• Qualified Naturopath with at least 3 years’ experience working in product development, technical writing, and/or clinical education roles within the natural healthcare industry
• Experienced team leader with management experience
• An exceptional researcher with the ability to extract and summarise clinical relevance of research findings
• Skilled technical writer with high attention to detail, balanced with the ability to take a ‘big picture’ perspective
• A skilled public speaker with experience in presenting educational events
• Working knowledge of Practitioner Only products healthcare regulatory principles, as they apply to educational and marketing materials
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small, but high achieving, cross-functional team
• An agile thinker who is able to adapt and be flexible as priorities shift and new opportunities present themselves
