Are you looking for a professional work environment where you can have a laugh and choose your hours? We are looking for a Dietitian who is passionate, enthusiastic and is willing to make a difference. Due to our continual growth in our caseload, we are seeking applications for a Part Time Dietitian  position based at our Miranda Clinic.
 
We ask those who are interested to have clinical experience metabolic syndrome, weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other chronic health.

The Role
 

• The delivery of one on one consultations in a private practice setting.
• Be proficient in performing a comprehensive assessment, establish appropriate goals, plans and implements treatment interventions, performs timely re-examinations and modifies goals and treatment interventions accordingly. Coordinates with other disciplines when indicated.
• Assumes responsibility of all documentation requirements in a timely manner.
• Availability should include 1-2 days per week.
• Remaining days of consult are open to negotiation.
• On job training and CPD available.

• All applicants will need to provide evidence of having successfully completed a Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) approved course and be eligible for full APD status.
• At least 1-2 years dietetics experience.
• Professional insurance (suffice to see DVA patients).
• Hold a current drivers licence and have their own reliable transport.
• Applicants will be required to become registered with Medicare, DVA and majority of private health insurers.
• Flexibility and adaptability within the work environment to allow strong performance both autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Passionate about improving and promoting optimal physical- and emotional-health in clients.
