About us The Bay fitness club in Lilyfield is a brand new, independent, boutique strength and conditioning studio with a difference. We don't believe in gimmicks, fads or 30 day weight loss challenges that leave gym goers deflated and confused. We provide sustainable strength and conditioning training with data backed results. Through the tracking of reps and weights for every member combined with MyZone heart rate belts we guide our members to genuine results. We have a more evolved approach to training our members. Sleep, hydration, nutrition, menstrual cycle, stress levels, self-care, recovery all have to be a part of the equation!
