RFT is seeking a highly passionate, motivated, genuine and growth focused coach to join our Castle Hill Studio
 
The position is full time, with an attractive above award wage and uncapped monthly bonuses.
 
You will have a high level of customer service and a passion for the fitness industry. We operate in a culture where we treat our clients are rock stars and this role is core in providing high value, high service for our client experience.
 
Our goal is to change the gym experience, the days of having to join a gym where clients feel uncomfortable and intimidated are over. We provide the most personalised and friendly service, a very unique fitness experience within our beautiful boutique studio. Attention to detail, meticulous service and a truly rewarding fitness experience is what we pride ourselves on.
 
To be successful you must be the type of person that loves a challenge, thrives in a fast paced & constantly changing environment, keeps our clients engaged and the studio running faultlessly with our amazing team.
 
Before applying for this role you must be okay with the following elements:
 

• Must be someone who can be an early bird whilst having the ability to run afternoon sessions.
• Be a team player. Must be motivated, organised and proactive. Create amazing memorable experiences for our clients and must live by the mantra of ubuntu.
• Must be able to live on the extra mile. Go above and beyond for your clients no matter what is happening in your personal life.
• Walk the talk, practise what you preach. You don't need to be an athlete but integrity is a must.
• As an RFT coach you will be running Semi Private Personal Training, 1-1 Personal Training and Group Classes
