We are seeking an Area Performance Coach to lead and motivate a team of engaged store managers.
 
Your responsibilities include but aren’t limited to…..
 

• Lead, coach and develop teams across 10 NW stores
• Shape the customer experience through building a customer first culture and understanding customer needs
• Drive store sales growth through building a high performing team
• Attract, recruit and retain talent
• Manage all aspects of your area group including training, wages and profit and loss
• Ensure the stores in your region meet and exceed all required operating standards and day to day operations of running the business
• Implement and drive marketing campaigns and visual merchandising across all stores
• Conduct performance analysis of KPI’s and take action to grow sales and improve store performance

To be successful in this role, you will need…..
 

• Previous experienced in leading multi-site teams within the retail/supplement industry
• A guru in supplements, health and wellness
• Proven ability to deliver results, drive sales and motivate your team
• Commercially minded by nature - be able to analyse information, think on the fly and make sound business decisions
• People focused, you think about your team and customers and their experience, to ensure that they are at the heart of every decision you make
• Change advocate making a positive impact on your team, customers, financials and processes
• Self-driven, upbeat and hungry for success - taking ownership for your results
• Great communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
