Job description
We are looking for amazing instructors for casual or permanent part time work in our Manly studio. We are launching a new exciting concept, backed by a world leading franchise group.
 
The concept combines Pilates (mat & reformer), yoga and HIIT into one workout, so if you’re a cert 3 qualified instructor with a passion for yoga & Pilates or a yoga and Pilates teacher with a cert 3 then you need to apply!
 
We want to hear from you to join this growing franchise group and work in a fun, team training environment doing what you love.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Conduct and instruct motivational group classes including components of Pilates (reformer & may) Yoga & HIIT training
• Build strong rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Daily functions and upkeep of the studio
• Assist in new Clients signing up to a membership and ensuring member retention strategies are followed
• Social Media Assistance

• Flexible work hours - we have a variety of roles available
• Support & systems provided by our great team of over 20 studios in NSW to be ensure success in the roles
• Opportunities for future growth within the new franchise group structure for the right candidate

• Cert III certified

• Up to date First Aid & CPR Certified
• Passion & experience in practicing yoga & Pilates
• Highly Desirable - certified in Pilates (reformer & mat) and Yoga (not essential)
• Must be extremely passionate about changing members lives and building a strong community
• Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
• Passionate about fitness and health
• Highly energetic and can build great rapport
• Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!
