North Shore Gym are looking for passionate HIIT and Spin instructors to join our awesome team!
 
We are a gym that prides ourselves on the quality of our instructors and the high standard of our group fitness classes.
 
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, motivating and customer focused people who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure our members get the best experience possible.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 

• Help maintain a positive and community based environment.
• Learn members names and use them before, during and after classes
• Correct form where necessary.
• Be able to adapt to any injuries highlighted by members and recommend modifications/alternative exercises.
• Work closely with the Group Fitness Manager to ensure that all classes are being run to an extremely high standard.

• A willingness to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings and weekends).
• Deliver exceptional group fitness classes
• Be passionate about the health and well-being of our members
• Have great communication skills
• Have a fun, friendly and outgoing personality

• Have their Certificate III and IV in Fitness
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR certifications
